Overview

Two one-year bursaries of £1,000 each available to students who have overcome challenges to attend university. 

Professor Derek Reid established the Robert Reid Award in memory of his late father. The awards have provided over £15,000-worth of financing to students over the years.

Students are responsible for making sure their application forms are complete and that the supporting evidence meets the application criteria. Incomplete applications will not be considered.

All applicants will be notified of the outcome of their application at the earliest opportunity, and usually within 2 months of the deadline unless otherwise stated.

Advisory Service run Drop-In sessions on a first-come first-serve basis, during term time usually between 1pm and 4pm Monday to Thursday on the ground floor of the library. If you have a question about Drop-In sessions you can visit the SEZ desk in person, or email advisory@abertay.ac.uk
